  ALBERT A. CICCHETTI
Albert A. Cicchetti received his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University, and earned his law degree at Pace University School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Pace Law Review. Mr. Cicchetti's practice emphasizes estate planning, probate matters and business law. He lectures extensively on probate and estate planning topics and has co-authored "Basic Probate in Vermont," "Vermont Elder Law: The Basics and Beyond," and "A Practical Guide to Estate Administration." He is a member of the New York State and Vermont Bar Associations. Mr. Cicchetti is a past Chairman of the Burlington Development Review Board and is a past member of the Burlington Zoning Commission and the Burlington Task Force on Taxation. He has also served as Chairman of the Vermont Discover Jazz Festival and as Treasurer of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont.

  DOUGLAS R. MARDEN
Douglas R. Marden represents clients in the areas of construction law, land use, business law and wills and trusts. He previously practiced with the Vermont Office of the Attorney General and served as the Pro se Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Vermont under Hon. Jerome J. Niedermeier. Douglas also has extensive experience as a principal in a New England-based general contracting and construction management firm. In 1997, Douglas received his J.D. and M.S.E.L. degrees from Vermont Law School. He received his B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1981.

THOMAS A. LITTLE
Thomas A. Little was raised in Burlington. He received his A.B. Degree, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College, in 1976. He received his J.D. Degree in 1979 from Cornell University, and then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Albert W. Coffrin, Chief Judge of the U.S. Supreme Court for the District of Vermont. Mr. Little's practice emphasizes business and corporation law, real estate development, securities and finance, and municipal law. Mr. Little is a former member of the Vermont House of Representatives and has served as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. He is a past Chair of the Lawyers Caucus of the National Conference of Higher Education Loan Programs and currently serves as Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont.
